Print File Requirements

A properly prepared file helps ensure your printed piece matches your approved design as closely as possible.

01

Use High Resolution

Images should generally be prepared at approximately 300 DPI at the final printed size for sharp and professional results.

02

Use CMYK

Print production commonly uses CMYK color. Converting artwork before submission can help reduce unexpected color changes.

03

Add Bleed

If artwork extends to the edge of the finished piece, include the appropriate bleed beyond the trim line.

04

Check Finished Size

Make sure the document dimensions match the final size you want printed before exporting your artwork.

05

Check Fonts

Fonts should be outlined or properly embedded when creating your final print-ready file.

06

Review Your Proof

Carefully review text, phone numbers, addresses, colors, images and spelling before submitting your final artwork.
