Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms that apply when you access the 2B Printers website or request our printing and related services.

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions provide a general framework for use of the 2B Printers website and for printing-related inquiries, quotes and orders. Individual quotes, invoices or written agreements may contain additional project-specific terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 2B Printers website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms that may apply to a specific service or order.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit an order through the website.

2. Our Services

2B Printers provides commercial and custom printing services. Depending on the project, services may include products such as:

  • Business cards.
  • Brochures and booklets.
  • Flyers and postcards.
  • Hang tags and header cards.
  • Labels and stickers.
  • Calendars.
  • Folders and inserts.
  • Custom printing projects.
  • Custom packaging and related printed materials.

Product specifications, availability, materials, finishing options, production schedules and pricing may vary by project.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quote requests submitted through the website are requests for pricing information and do not automatically create a binding order.

A quote may depend on factors including product type, dimensions, quantity, paper or material, printing method, finishing, artwork requirements, shipping destination and production timing.

Quote Accuracy

Customers should review the specifications included in a quote before approving a project. Any change to specifications may affect the final price or production schedule.

4. Orders & Customer Approval

An order may be considered accepted when the required project information, artwork, specifications and payment or deposit requirements have been received and approved by 2B Printers.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing artwork, text, dimensions, quantities, addresses and other project specifications before approving production.

1
Review Review the quote, specifications and artwork carefully.
2
Approve Approve the final project details before production.
3
Produce Production begins according to the approved specifications.

5. Payment

Payment requirements may vary depending on the project, customer and agreed arrangements.

Where a deposit or full payment is required before production, production may not begin until the required payment has been received and any required artwork or approvals have been completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and making payments according to the terms provided with the applicable order or invoice.

6. Artwork & Customer-Supplied Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork and files are suitable for production and comply with applicable file specifications.

Customers should verify spelling, grammar, contact information, images, logos, colors, dimensions, quantities and other content before approving artwork.

Rights to Submitted Artwork

By submitting artwork or files, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licenses to use the submitted materials for the requested printing project.

2B Printers does not assume responsibility for determining whether customer-supplied artwork infringes the rights of another person or organization.

7. Production

Production timelines depend on the specific project and generally begin after all required approvals, artwork and payment requirements have been completed.

Estimated production times are estimates rather than guarantees unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

Production schedules may be affected by artwork changes, material availability, equipment issues, holidays, carrier delays, weather, supply-chain interruptions or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. Color & Printing Variations

Printed materials may contain reasonable variations in color, density, registration, cutting, folding or finishing due to the nature of commercial printing and different materials or production processes.

Colors displayed on computer monitors, phones and other screens may differ from actual printed colors.

Important for Color-Critical Projects

Customers requiring highly specific color matching should discuss color requirements and proofing options with 2B Printers before production.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be shipped using available carriers or delivery methods selected for the project.

Delivery dates can be affected by carrier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, service interruptions and other circumstances outside the direct control of 2B Printers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Additional charges may apply when a carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

10. Order Inspection & Issues

Customers should inspect delivered printed materials promptly after receiving an order.

If there is a problem with an order, contact 2B Printers as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order information and relevant details about the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs, samples or other information to help evaluate a reported production or delivery issue.

Customer-Approved Errors

Errors in customer-provided artwork or information that was approved for production may not be considered a production defect.

11. Intellectual Property

The 2B Printers website, including its original text, graphics, branding, design elements and other website content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers retain their rights in artwork and other materials they own, subject to the rights necessary for 2B Printers to provide the requested printing service.

No website content should be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without appropriate authorization.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

You may not knowingly attempt to introduce malicious code, interfere with website functionality, access systems without authorization or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2B Printers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

2B Printers may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices or applicable requirements.

Updated terms will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website after updated terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
